I have worked with Horses since 1978, when I left school and trained in Oxfordshire gaining the British Horse Society teaching exams and riding exams. This is where I also learnt to drive horses.
On returning to Essex I worked and trained for my higher degree exams gaining them in 1981 and at the time was one of the highest qualified commercial teachers in the county. In 1983 I commenced our horse drawn carriage hire business as I was approached by many people wishing this service for many different occasions.
Over the years I have produced many carriage horses and very successful riding horses. In my spare time I have won the National championships three times in Dressage Eventing and Showjumping. I have assisted with my head assistant in producing my daughter's horse to win The NationalPony Club Dressage championships, Pony Club Eventing team winners, British Riding Clubs National Championships Hunter Trials winning team and Festival of the Hunter Champion Ridden Hunter. We have ridden in three consecutive Essex Rider Team Challenge events and won all three. We hold the British Driving Society Level 3 exams and Road Proficiency exams.
Our track record shows our commitment and attention to detail and welfare of the horses. The horses are really quite spoilt - but they deserve it!!
